Why only one supplement per employee?
We believe in focused, effective supplementation. Rather than giving everyone everything, each employee chooses the supplement that addresses their specific need — Energy for focus and performance, Sleep for recovery, or Immunity for resilience. This means they actually take it, and you see real results.
Can employees change their supplement?
Yes. Employees can update their supplement choice through their personal portal at any time. Changes take effect at the next fulfilment cycle.
How does billing work?
You're billed monthly per active employee. Each delivery is a 2-month supply (1 capsule per day), so your team receives a shipment every two months automatically. Billing is monthly; fulfilment is bi-monthly.
What's the difference between Essential and Premium?
Both plans give each employee their chosen supplement with bi-monthly delivery. Essential delivers in bulk to your workplace — great for office-based teams. Premium delivers directly to each employee's home — ideal for hybrid or remote teams, and it includes analytics, reporting, and a dedicated account manager.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I add or remove employees?
Yes. You can add or remove employees at any time. Changes to billing take effect at the next monthly cycle.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. Minimum team size is 5 employees.
Can I offer LifeLab Core as a salary sacrifice benefit?
Yes. Many employers offer LifeLab Core as a non-cash benefit through a salary sacrifice arrangement. Employees give up a portion of their gross salary in exchange for the benefit, reducing their taxable income and saving on income tax and National Insurance. You also save on employer NICs at the current 15% rate. Speak to your payroll provider or accountant to set this up alongside your LifeLab Core subscription.
